Israel gets green light to raze home of terrorist behind attack that caused no injuries

For the first time in 30 years, the High Court of Justice ruled on Wednesday to allow the partial demolition of the family home of a terrorist who carried out an attack in which no one was injured. Two Supreme Court justices backed the majority opinion, Ofer Grosskopf and Alex Stein, with one justice, Daphne Barak-Erez objecting in the minority opinion.
