The family of Joshua Loitu Mollel, a Tanzanian student who was killed and kidnapped to Gaza on October 7, is suing the Israeli foreign ministry for infringement of privacy, over a video of his murder by Hamas posted by the ministry without blurring his face or receiving permission.
