The storm Byron, will bring heavy rain starting overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. Rain and thunderstorms will be seen on Wednesday from the north through the northern Negev, with risk of flooding along the coast and farther inland. By midafternoon, the rain is expected to spread into the northern Negev and the Dead Sea region.
