A young Palestinian man was wounded after being struck by Israeli civilians in the West Bank city of Nablus overnight on Friday, prompting IDF troops to enter the city. Several Israelis were detained on suspicion of involvement in the hit-and-run and of entering the area without authorization, and a vehicle was seized.
