The Knesset Constitution, Law and Justice Committee on Wednesday deliberated a revised bill whose terms were distributed to lawmakers by the panel’s chairman, Simcha Rothman (Religious Zionism), targeting nonprofits getting funding from foreign countries, mainly human rights groups.
