Israeli Settlers from an outpost near the village of Kharbatha Bani Harith, northwest of Ramallah in the West Bank, severely beat a young Palestinian man last week and handed him over to IDF soldiers who then transferred him to the custody of the Shin Bet security service, according to reports in Arab media.
