South Africa has withdrawn its 90-day visa exemption for Palestinian passport holders over what it said was “deliberate and ongoing abuse” by “Israeli actors linked to ‘voluntary emigration’ efforts” of Gazans, the Department of Home Affairs announced Saturday.
